Battery Replacements: When you receive a battery replacement for your watch, there is no guaranteed duration for how long the battery will last. That said, we aim for our batteries to last at least 1.5 years after the initial replacement. If your battery fails after a successful replacement, meaning it was returned to you in working condition, you have the option to receive a refund for the service within one month of replacement.
Pressure Testing: When you receive a battery replacement for your watch, this alone does not guarantee that it will maintain the same level of water resistance as before. To ensure it does, you must also request a Pressure Test. This test determines whether your watch remains water-resistant. If you pay for a pressure test and your watch fails, the test fee still applies, as the service provided is the test itself.
Second Hand Watches (Pre-Loved) Warranty: When you purchase a watch from our Pre-Loved category, you're getting a second-hand timepiece that has had previous owners. All of our Pre-Loved watches come with a three-month (90-day) warranty covering defective products only. If the watch does not function as described, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase.

- - Gaining or losing five minutes or more a week.
- - Damaged in transit.
Warranty and guarantee for brand new goods: When purchasing brand-new goods such as Casio watches from WatchStop, each comes with its own manufacturer warranty, guarantee, and return policy. At WatchStop, we do our best to uphold these warranty requirements. Our personal return policy applies only to defective products. We do not accept returns for non-defective items unless the product remains unopened and the tags are still attached.
